Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This is a full-time role suited for a finance professional with solid experience in managing customer accounts and collections within the FMCG or financial sectors.

As an AR Accountant, you will be responsible for accurate invoicing, reconciling customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and assisting in generating financial reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices with precision, ensuring all billing details are accurate.

• Post customer payments and reconcile accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records.

• Follow up on overdue balances through various communication channels to ensure timely collections.

• Prepare and support the generation of daily/weekly AR reports.

• Maintain well-organized records of transactions and assist the team in month-end closing tasks.

• Resolve account discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Salary: Up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on qualifications and experience

About the Client:
A globally recognized importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables, operating in the fast-paced FMCG sector.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in AR or credit control, ideally in banking, finance, or FMCG.

• Experience in managing 300+ customer accounts with a strong track record in collections.

• Proficient in SAP/Oracle ERP (3+ years), Advanced Excel, and MS Office. Experience with M3 ERP is a plus.

• Knowledge of the fruit and vegetable industry is an added advantage.

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
