Job Title: Application / Software Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Application / Software Engineer to manage system updates, change requests, and operational support in coordination with SRTA, STEE AD, remote teams, and vendors for software-related issues. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and coordinating Java-based backend development and ensuring smooth ongoing support, patches, and troubleshooting for existing applications. You will also assist in testing and deploying software updates and enhancements to meet the company’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage system updates, change requests, and operational support in coordination with SRTA, STEE AD, remote teams, and vendors

• Lead and coordinate Java-based backend development and change requests

• Provide ongoing support, including patch management and troubleshooting for existing applications

• Assist in testing and deploying software updates and enhancements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software operations and timely delivery

• Salary: Up to 16,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project coordination, Java backend system management, or managed services

• Experience in leading software development teams and coordinating software updates

• Age: 25-40 years old
