Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Junior Application Engineers to support international market operations and technical-commercial activities. This role combines mechanical engineering knowledge with market research, partner coordination, and brand positioning support across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Market Support

• Support expansion initiatives and operational coordination within international markets.

• Assist in developing and strengthening brand positioning strategies tailored to international audiences.

• Conduct market research and prepare reports on industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape.

• Provide technical input to align product applications with market requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage follow-ups with international partners and distributors.

• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communications with overseas stakeholders.

• Support cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Open to Russian, Portuguese (Brazilian), and Australian nationals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Basic understanding of brand positioning concepts and international consumer behavior.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Willingness to work in Dubai, UAE (relocation expenses covered by the company for overseas candidates).
