About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive CAFM & Helpdesk Coordinator to manage and operate facility systems, particularly DP World’s CAFM and Helpdesk platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely communication, task allocation, and issue resolution across various service requests within the Facilities Management Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the DP World CAFM & Helpdesk system efficiently.

  • Receive incoming service calls and categorize the type and urgency of each request.

  • Log service requests into CAFM or SharePoint with accurate details.

  • Communicate expected response times to callers and ensure timely updates.

  • Assign requests to appropriate personnel, service providers, or contractors.

  • Track and escalate issues when delays occur, and follow up for resolution.

  • Monitor job progress and ensure adequate documentation and closure.

  • Actively monitor BMS, EMC, and other building monitoring systems.

  • Handle email-based service requests and support internal communications.

  • Assist in data management, reporting, and technology-related support tasks.

  • Maintain customer service excellence and ensure all interactions are professional.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in any relevant discipline.

  • Strong hands-on experience with CAFM systems and telephony operations.

  • Bilingual communication (English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus).

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage time-sensitive issues independently.
