Job Title: Accounts Payable 

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced AP Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting within the FMCG industry, especially in the UAE.

As an AP Accountant, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, handling payments, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies. The ideal candidate will be organized, Excel-proficient, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records while collaborating with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, reconcile, and process supplier invoices accurately and on time.

• Maintain well-organized records of all payments, invoices, and financial documents.

• Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.

• Support the Accounts Payable team with clerical tasks such as document filing and retrieval.

• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and accounting standards, including IFRS 16.

• Assist with internal audits and reporting requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Open to candidates from India, Jordan, Palestine, Philippines, and Sudan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the FMCG sector.

• Proficiency in Excel, reconciliations, and knowledge of IFRS 16.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.experience, Excel & IFRS16 skills. Salary up to 6K AED.
