Aventus is seeking a Venture Capital Analyst (UAE National) to join their investment team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed for a motivated professional with up to 3 years of experience. The role offers exposure to innovative startups, early-stage investing, and dynamic market sectors. As an analyst, you will contribute to investment evaluations, market research, portfolio support, and deal execution across the venture capital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed market research and analyze industry trends for investment opportunities

• Perform financial modeling, company valuation, and due diligence on potential deals

• Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal decision-making

• Support sourcing and execution of new investments through networking and research

• Engage with startup founders and ecosystem stakeholders to evaluate partnerships

• Monitor portfolio performance and assist in value-creation strategies

• Collaborate with portfolio companies to enhance strategic initiatives and identify growth areas

Qualifications & Experience:

• UAE National with up to 3 years of experience in VC, private equity, investment banking, or consulting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for startups, innovation, and early-stage investing

• Internship or prior exposure to the VC or startup ecosystem is a plus
