Job Summary:
KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking a motivated UAE National Analyst to join the People and Change team. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates passionate about organizational change and human capital development. Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, the successful candidate will support change management initiatives, contribute to consulting projects, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to drive impactful change.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering change management projects, including conducting change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments.

Support the design and execution of change management strategies for technology, system, or process implementations.

Collaborate with clients to develop communication plans and training resources to ensure effective employee engagement.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate and manage various workstreams within broader consulting projects.

Conduct research and analyze data to inform project strategies and decision-making.

Help maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and effective support.

Assist with project management activities, including progress tracking, risk identification, and reporting.

Engage in internal development activities such as coaching sessions and skill-building workshops under the mentorship of senior consultants.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related discipline.

Strong interest in change management and eagerness to develop professional skills in this area.

Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to adapt and work effectively in team-based, fast-paced consulting environments.

Additional Requirements:
