JLL is seeking an Analyst – UAE National to support their Property and Asset Management team. This full-time position involves data analysis, financial reporting, and administrative tasks to assist with property operations and asset management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or real estate and possess excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. This role offers exposure to commercial real estate operations and opportunities for growth in property and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for managed properties.

• Maintain and analyze property and tenant data.

• Assist with lease administration, including tracking and documentation.

• Support property operations and asset management strategies.

• Contribute to budget preparation and performance forecasting.

• Manage administrative tasks and facilitate stakeholder communications.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a similar industry.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.

  • Proficiency in property management software is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
