Confidential Jobs is looking for an Analyst specializing in Policy & Strategy to contribute to the execution of strategic and operational work related to the company’s core projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting, with expertise in frameworks like the Balanced Scorecard for organizational alignment and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of project activities, workflows, schedules, meetings, and documentation.

• Act as an interim project manager to support the Policy and Strategy team.

• Maintain institutional knowledge related to work including databases, memos, and handbooks.

• Conduct research on UAE-specific issues in the higher education sector and provide insights to internal stakeholders.

• Manage external consultant and expert engagements to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Support the university research grant lifecycle including pre-award, award, and post-award phases.

• Lead policy and strategy practice development initiatives.

• Report to the manager on budget deviations, project status, and delivery risks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, or Economics).

• 3+ years of experience in strategic advisory roles, such as management consulting, political advisory, or public sector experience.

• Expertise in coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Understanding of international, regional, and local trends in the higher education industry.

• Strong background in creating and structuring PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.

• Familiarity with Balanced Scorecard frameworks and performance management.

• Experience with market research, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

• Skilled in storytelling and executive communication.
