ADNOC Group is seeking a skilled Analyst, Planning & Performance to support the coordination and implementation of planning processes across the Shared Services Business Unit. The role focuses on ensuring timely performance updates, monitoring business strategies, and aligning KPIs with ADNOC’s strategic goals. Ideal for professionals with a background in human capital planning, strategy, and performance management in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track Shared Services Business Unit KPIs and business performance targets.

• Enhance the Corporate Performance Management System (CPMS) to support executive decision-making.

• Develop planning and performance reports; analyse trends and identify performance gaps.

• Monitor and report execution of KPIs (Level 1 & 2) across HC, Business Support, Procurement & Digital divisions.

• Conduct awareness sessions and performance reviews with internal stakeholders.

• Manage project tracking for strategic initiatives and deliver monthly performance reports to SVP SS and Vice Presidents.

• Contribute to strategic planning and delivery of business objectives across divisions.

Generic Responsibilities:

• Supervise team activities and develop staff skills to achieve section goals.

• Contribute to budgeting and cost control efforts.

• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, legal regulations, and international standards.

• Lead process improvements and innovation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Comply with HSE guidelines and ADNOC’s sustainability practices.

• Prepare progress and MIS reports as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

• Experience: 5–6 years in planning, strategy, or performance management (minimum 3 years in Oil/Gas sector).

• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English.

• Other: Understanding of ADNOC’s performance management and planning frameworks preferred.
