Job Title: Amazon Operations & Product Compliance Specialist 

Job Description:
We are seeking an Amazon Operations & Product Compliance Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of Amazon’s seller ecosystem, and experience in product compliance and regulatory documentation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in optimizing Amazon operations while ensuring full regulatory compliance across all product listings.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Operations:

• Manage and optimize product listings, inventory, and logistics across Amazon FBA and FBM platforms.

• Oversee fulfillment operations and track performance metrics like IPI score, order defect rate, and late shipment rate.

• Use data-driven insights to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce shipping delays.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order processing and inventory management.

Product Compliance (PCC):

• Classify products accurately according to Amazon guidelines and regional legal standards.

• Collect and verify product compliance documents including safety certifications (FDA, CE, RoHS, etc.), testing reports, and licenses.

• Actively monitor listings for compliance alerts and proactively resolve flagged issues.

• Provide support and guidance to internal teams and partners on compliance requirements and changes.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.

• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as FDA, CE, RoHS, etc.

• Proficient in Excel, WMS/TMS platforms, and BI tools for reporting and analysis.

• Excellent analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, e-commerce-driven environment.
