Alugenesis for Glass & Aluminum Installations & Maintenance Co. is seeking an experienced Aluminum Project Coordinator to manage and oversee aluminum projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aluminum systems, project management, and coordination. This role requires strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, glass handling, and the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects meet deadlines and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate aluminum projects, ensuring all deadlines and client requirements are met.

• Work with aluminum systems such as Schüco, Reynaers, and Technal.

• Manage glass handling, including laminated, tempered, and double-glazed glass.

• Use project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, and Excel to track and report project progress.

• Review and approve shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.

• Track production and delivery timelines, ensuring proper reporting of progress.

• Handle changes and revisions from clients or consultants, making adjustments to production and installation plans as necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum project coordination.

• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Primavera.

• Strong understanding of aluminum systems, glass handling, and project management tools.

• Experience with thermal brake systems, customized profiles, and jumbo glass panels is a plus.

• Knowledge of glass optimization, cutting plans, and aluminum profile nesting systems.

• Strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and work in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in aluminum project coordination.

• Additional training or certifications in project management or construction coordination are a plus.
