Job Overview:

We are hiring a skilled Aluminum Fitter to join our façade and glazing installation team. The role involves the precise assembly and installation of aluminum architectural systems such as curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, and louvers. Ideal for candidates with hands-on experience, technical drawing interpretation skills, and strong physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install aluminum systems including curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, louvers, and glazing.

• Interpret technical drawings and fabrication details accurately.

• Measure, cut, and bend aluminum profiles to fit installation designs.

• Use hand and power tools (grinders, drills, rivet/silicone guns) for assembly and fitting tasks.

• Ensure alignment and structural integrity using levels, tapes, and plumb bobs.

• Apply waterproofing materials, insulation, gaskets, and sealants.

• Perform on-site adjustments and modifications as necessary.

• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to meet deadlines.

• Follow HSE standards and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and condition of tools and work area.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in aluminum and façade installation (mandatory).

• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of curtain walls, glazing, doors/windows systems, ACP cladding, and louvers.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, climb, and work at heights/scaffolding.

• Tool Handling: Skilled in use of aluminum assembly and installation tools.
