Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a dedicated and service-driven Al Meylas Lounge Server to join their Food & Beverage team. This full-time, on-site role requires a passionate hospitality professional who is focused on delivering luxury service experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a friendly demeanor, strong food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while creating unforgettable lounge experiences.

The server will be responsible for delivering high-quality service in a sophisticated setting and will report directly to the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier dining service to guests in the Al Meylas Lounge.

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests.

• Suggest food and beverage pairings based on the menu and guest preferences.

• Clear and reset tables following hotel service standards.

• Handle guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.

• Support additional tasks as assigned by the F&B Outlet Manager or Assistant Director of F&B.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality brand.

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings.

• Outgoing personality and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
