Role Overview:
The Lounge Server will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to guests in the Al Meylas Lounge, providing expertise on menu selections, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring seamless, memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional dining and beverage experience with attention to detail, quality, and friendliness.

• Anticipate guest needs, make thoughtful menu suggestions, and respond promptly and professionally to concerns or requests.

• Clear and reset tables according to Four Seasons service standards.

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and specialty cocktails.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.

• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Outgoing personality with a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of food, wine, and luxury service standards.

Experience:

• 2+ years of related experience in luxury hospitality settings.
