Job Purpose:

As an Airside Agent based at DWC (Dubai World Central), you will support the safe and efficient ground operations of aircraft, ensuring timely ULD (Unit Load Device) handling, communications, documentation, and compliance with dnata standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operations in airside areas as per established procedures

• Ensure care and timely maintenance of equipment used on duty

• Handle and track ULDs (loading units), including dispatch, tracing, and inventory in NOMAD system

• Coordinate with airlines and dnata departments to manage cargo movement and unit dispatch

• Ensure timely communication of ULD control messages (UCM), LUC messages, and ULD status updates

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of operational activities

• Supervise the correct and safe movement of cargo/mail aligned with EK SLAs

• Follow safety protocols, conduct regular briefings, and support incident prevention

• Support inbound/outbound cargo movement and aircraft stand changes

• Facilitate rapid handling of temperature-sensitive and special cargo

• Work closely with internal systems such as dMIS, AACS, and PCHS for cargo tracking and planning

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High school certificate (12 years of schooling) or diploma

• Experience: 2–4 years in ground handling or related aviation field

• License: Valid UAE Driving License required (for ADP equipment operation)

• Skills:

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Familiarity with cargo/ULD handling systems (e.g. NOMAD, dMIS)

  • Ability to manage physical tasks in airside operations

  • Proactive and safety-conscious work ethic
