Qatar Airways is seeking a professional and customer-focused Airport Services Agent to join their team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for passengers by delivering exceptional service at all airport touchpoints. The position involves coordinating with various airport departments, supervising service partners, handling pre- and post-flight activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures.

This is a full-time on-site role, offering a dynamic work environment where you will play a key part in maintaining Qatar Airways’ high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service across all airport service areas.

• Coordinate closely with Check-in, Boarding Gate, Ramp, Cargo, and Lounge teams for smooth operations.

• Supervise activities of service partners to ensure seamless passenger processing.

• Guide arriving and departing passengers to designated areas such as Arrival Hall, Transfer Area, Departure Gate, and Lounge.

• Verify passenger entry requirements such as visas and residence permits.

• Coordinate with Cargo, fueling companies, airline loading teams, baggage handling units, and catering suppliers to ensure timely aircraft turnaround.

• Handle company mail and support documentation processes.

• Perform pre-flight and post-flight administrative duties.

• Address baggage claims and assist affected passengers.

• Ensure compliance with Qatar Airways’ safety and security standards.

• Contribute to maintaining strong On-Time Performance (OTP) metrics.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing airport role.

• Strong understanding of airport procedures including passenger handling, baggage handling, weight & balance, and dangerous goods regulations.

• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
