AI Sales Specialist – Enterprise Accounts


Mogi I/O is a leading AI-based technology solutions firm providing IT services and AI-driven products to enterprise and mid-market clients. The company is expanding its footprint across the Middle East with high-impact offerings. The AI Sales Specialist role is an individual contributor position focused on new client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the sales strategy for the Middle East region.
- Independently generate leads via networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, and outreach.
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close.
- Engage directly with enterprise-level clients and decision-makers.
- Represent the company at regional industry events and meetings.
- Maintain pipeline health and provide regular forecasts to CXO.
- Report directly to CXO.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 10+ years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience.
- Proven ability to sell AI-based products and IT services.
- Strong client network and direct prospecting experience.
- C-Level stakeholder engagement in the Middle East.
- Open to travel across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Oman.
- MBA preferred (not mandatory).
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Experience in a cross-cultural or global client environment.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
