Job Title: AI Project Coordinator 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Project Coordinator to support our ongoing AI and digital transformation initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh MBA graduates or recent business administration degree holders with a passion for technology and innovation.

As an AI Project Coordinator, you will work closely with both business and technical teams, helping to streamline communication, track project milestones, and support the successful delivery of AI-focused initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor AI-related projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Facilitate communication between data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders.

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for AI applications.

• Document meetings, prepare project updates, and maintain accurate records.

• Support the creation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and tools relevant to the organization.

• Help organize and support AI training sessions, workshops, and live demonstrations.

• Maintain project dashboards and track progress, highlighting risks or delays when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred or currently in progress.

• Strong interest in AI, data analytics, and digital innovation.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira is a plus.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
