Job Overview:

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented AI Product Owner / Business Analyst to join its Abu Dhabi office. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI solutions meet strategic goals and adhere to responsible AI principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare systems, AI product lifecycle, and data platform tools like Databricks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for AI and data science projects

• Work closely with data science and engineering teams to ensure business alignment

• Develop clear product specifications, epics, and user stories

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide product strategy

• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI practices and governance

• Serve as the product owner for AI-focused solutions in agile environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• Proven experience in AI product development

• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and regulatory environments

• Familiarity with Databricks, MLflow, and Delta Lake

• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and ethical data use

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

• Arabic language skills are a plus
