Ateca Consulting is hiring an AI Product Manager for a leading organization undergoing a digital transformation. This is a 2-year renewable on-site contract in Dubai, focused on leading the planning, deployment, and scaling of generative AI tools across various business units to optimize customer experience, automation, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for generative AI initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with technical, data science, and UX teams.

• Identify and prioritize high-impact generative AI use cases.

• Monitor product performance, adoption, and ROI.

• Stay current with the latest trends in generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.

Skills & Requirements:

• 3–5 years in product management, with at least 1 year working hands-on with generative AI or LLMs.

• Strong foundation in NLP, prompt engineering, and API-based integration.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience delivering AI-powered features or solutions is a plus.
