This role combines AI-powered marketing performance with a sharp sense for platform optimization and user journey intelligence. You will be at the forefront of driving scalable growth through AI innovations that enhance lead scoring, conversion prediction, and user reactivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage predictive models to identify high-converting leads and referrers

• Launch AI-powered user scoring for funnel optimization and retargeting campaigns

• Integrate AI tools to streamline onboarding flows, reminder sequences, and upselling opportunities

• Implement AI-driven call systems for follow-ups and investor activation

• Deploy chatbot logic for 24/7 user support and conversion assistance

• Coordinate with performance marketing to sync AI segments with paid campaigns

• Personalize user journeys with dynamic content, offers, and experiences tailored by behavior

• Launch Next Best Action logic to guide users through the onboarding and investment flow

• Monitor churn signals and trigger reactivation campaigns before user drop-off

• Continuously optimize campaign assets, copy, and referral touchpoints with AI input

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, AI tool integration, or marketing automation

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, Pecan, Balto, Twilio, Zapier)

• Familiarity with predictive funnels, lookalike logic, and behavioral analytics

• Comfort with working with APIs, user segmentation, and CRM systems

• Strong product thinking and a deep understanding of conversion optimization

• Highly structured, data-driven mindset with a passion for test-and-learn approaches
