We are seeking an AI Content Reviewer to join our team and help us reshape content integrity using the power of human judgment and generative AI tools.

Role Description:

The AI Content Reviewer will work alongside AI tools to manage, moderate, and refine content in real-time, ensuring it adheres to platform policies and maintains a safe, high-quality environment. This position involves direct interaction with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, ensuring that content moderation is faster, smarter, and more effective.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Review and moderate user- and AI-generated content using GenAI tools to enforce platform policies.

• Coordinate content workflows across tools and teams, ensuring timely processing and smooth handoffs.

• Tag edge cases, annotate training data, and provide structured feedback to improve AI moderation systems.

What You Won’t Be Doing:

• Repetitive content moderation tasks such as manually reviewing blog posts.

• A low-impact, entry-level admin role with minimal responsibility.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional work experience.

• Hands-on experience using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in a professional or personal productivity context.

• Strong English writing skills.

• A passion for moderating content, improving AI systems, and maintaining platform integrity.

Working with Us:

• This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.

• Compensation: $15 USD/hour (~$30,000 USD/year).

• The position requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

• Weekly payments, flexible remote work, and dynamic team environment.
