Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agriculture R&D Specialist at SSK Group UAE. The specialist will be responsible for:

• Designing and executing field trials, including protocol development and dosage calculations
• Diagnosing crop diseases, identifying pests, and recommending effective control measures
• Analyzing soil profiles and providing recommendations for soil health improvement
• Staying updated on the latest agricultural technologies, trends, and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance R&D initiatives and product development

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience in agriculture
• Preferred R&D experience, with expertise in fertilizers, crop nutrition, and agri-input applications
• Strong analytical skills to develop trial protocols and interpret data
• Ability to diagnose common crop diseases and pest infestations
• In-depth understanding of soil science and sustainable farming practices
• Awareness of cutting-edge agricultural technologies and precision farming techniques
