BPP is looking for an Agent Relationship Manager to support the recruitment of international students into the BPP Education Group. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, setting and monitoring growth targets, and managing the commercial strategy to drive student recruitment from key international markets. Some international travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Set and monitor targets for volume and growth across BPP’s product portfolio for each market/agent.

Collaborate with agents to develop and implement sales and marketing activities.

Visit markets to support marketing activities such as events.

Produce business cases for market development, including products, agents, and strategies.

Gather market feedback to inform strategy and product development.
-
Maintain strong relationships with key agents to ensure recruitment targets are met.
-
Provide agents with the necessary product knowledge and sales strategies.

Monitor and maintain quality and accuracy of sales data in Salesforce.
-
Ensure agent activities are aligned with BPP’s brand and message.
-
Travel routinely to key markets and be flexible to accommodate overseas trips and unsociable hours due to time zone differences.

Experience in international student recruitment.

Understanding of the higher education sector globally.

Strong customer service and experience skills.

Educated to degree level or higher.
-
Location: Dubai with some international travel required.
