BPP is expanding its international presence by establishing a BPP University branch in Dubai to strengthen relationships with global student recruitment agents. The Agent Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing commercial strategies, managing agent partnerships, and driving international student recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with student recruitment agents.

Set and monitor targets for student recruitment growth across key markets.

Conduct market visits to support marketing events and agent partnerships.

Provide market feedback and insights to inform strategy and product development.

Maintain strong relationships with key agents, offering sales support and product knowledge.

Monitor agent performance and compliance with quality frameworks and brand guidelines.

Oversee data management in Salesforce and analyze performance trends.

Travel internationally to key recruitment markets as required.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience in international student recruitment.
-
Strong understanding of the UK Higher Education sector and global markets.

Commercial acumen with the ability to achieve financial targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Office 365.

Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
