EF Academy is looking for an Agent Partner Manager for the MEA region. This role focuses on driving agent growth, building and managing relationships, and ensuring student enrollment from partner agents. The position involves signing and onboarding new agent partners, strengthening existing relationships, and leading region-specific marketing efforts. The APM will manage the full pipeline from agent outreach to student enrollment, track conversion metrics, and monitor regional trends to shape EF Academy’s positioning.
Key Responsibilities:

Sign and onboard new agent partners, strengthen existing relationships, and drive agent engagement.

Lead training sessions and familiarization events for agents.

Manage the full funnel from outreach to student enrollment, guiding agents and families through the application process.

Track conversion metrics and address blockers proactively.

Monitor regional trends, competitor moves, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities.

Oversee agent contracts, commissions, and incentive programs.

Maintain audit-ready reporting and ensure CRM data is current.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven ability to build partnerships and convert activities into enrollments.

Strong sales instincts and confident in closing deals.

Experience managing agent networks or B2B accounts.

Comfortable with travel, autonomy, and managing multiple pipelines.

Data-savvy with experience in CRM systems and performance tracking.

Fluent in English and high proficiency in Arabic.
