Marriott International is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent for its ultra-luxury Bvlgari Resort Dubai, located on Jumeirah Bay Island. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in delivering world-class guest service in alignment with Marriott’s renowned hospitality standards and the timeless elegance of the Bvlgari brand.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively.

• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Manage reservations, process payments, and update guest information.

• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.

• Maintain a polished and professional front desk area.

• Uphold brand standards and company policies at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in front desk or customer-facing roles within hospitality is preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in using hotel management software or reservation systems.

• Friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to exceptional service.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
