This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to be part of a world-renowned luxury brand developed in partnership with Bulgari, combining timeless elegance with exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay.

• Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently and professionally.

• Manage room assignments and reservations using the hotel’s property management system.

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using hotel management software and standard office applications.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• A passion for delivering luxury service and creating memorable guest experiences.
