As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable guest interactions and maintaining the high standards of the Bvlgari brand under the Marriott International umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and register guests with warmth and professionalism

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

• Manage room assignments and process payments

• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly

• Maintain accurate records and uphold hotel security procedures

• Deliver outstanding service in line with Marriott and Bvlgari brand standards

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Prior experience in front office or guest services roles preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
