Job Title: Real Estate Agency Relationship Manager

As we continue to redefine luxury living, we are seeking a dynamic Agency Relationship Manager to drive indirect sales through strategic partnerships with real estate agencies and broker networks.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in off-plan real estate sales, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of Dubai’s property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Partnership & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international real estate agencies.

Serve as the key point of contact for agency partners, ensuring they are equipped with up-to-date project information and sales materials.

Conduct ongoing training sessions and presentations to onboard and educate agencies on current offerings, pricing, and incentives.
Sales Enablement & Support

Assist agencies in converting leads into sales through coordinated property tours, site visits, and client meetings.

Provide marketing materials, pitch decks, and detailed project insights to support their outreach efforts.

Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from agency partners or their clients.
Promoting Off-Plan Properties

Strategize and implement plans to boost sales of off-plan properties via agency networks.

Highlight investment benefits, project timelines, and competitive advantages to attract investor interest.

Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events to expand agency reach.
Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Provide feedback to internal sales and marketing teams based on agency interactions and client preferences.

Track sales performance, report challenges, and ensure agency alignment with sales objectives.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and internal company policies.

Support agencies in completing accurate documentation and sales contracts for off-plan transactions.
Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on agency or indirect sales preferred.

Deep knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan real estate market and investment landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple agency accounts simultaneously.

Fluent in English; multilingual candidates (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian, Hindi, French) are highly preferred.

UAE driving license and personal vehicle required.

Willing to work in a dynamic environment, including weekends or evenings when needed.
