A leading industrial engineering company in Dubai is hiring an After Sales Support Engineer – Valves for a full-time hybrid role. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless project execution and post-order support by coordinating with internal teams, international suppliers, and customers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of valves, actuators, and process instruments, along with hands-on AutoCAD and project documentation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to align on technical and delivery specifications

• Liaise with international suppliers for tracking order status and delivery timelines

• Oversee warehouse coordination for incoming and outgoing shipments

• Provide technical support and clarifications during order execution

• Handle project documentation: datasheets, compliance reports, O&M manuals, ITPs, etc.

• Review technical drawings using AutoCAD

• Communicate proactively with customers regarding deliveries and issue resolution

• Manage after-sales support, including warranty claims, replacements, and field service coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical support, project execution, or inside sales within the industrial engineering sector

• Strong knowledge of control/on-off valves, actuators, and instrumentation

• Familiar with project documentation: submittals, compliance sheets, inspection reports

• Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines
