ITP Media Group is seeking an Advertising Sales Manager for their luxury sector. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai requires an experienced media sales professional with a strong understanding of the UAE market and a passion for food. The role involves driving and managing revenue across Gault&Millau UAE, pitching innovative media solutions, and creating market-leading campaigns for commercial partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive and manage monthly revenue across Gault&Millau UAE and events

Pitch and deliver high-quality, innovative campaigns for diverse clients

Build and maintain relationships with clients, PR, and media agencies
-
Develop seasonal offers and products to diversify commercial opportunities
-
Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to amplify campaigns company-wide
-
Work closely with the editorial team to ensure executions align with content and editorial standards

Stay updated on the UAE’s market trends and culinary scene
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in media sales, with a focus on pitching to both agencies and direct clients

Strong understanding of digital, print, social media, and events
-
Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel

Fluent in English and Arabic

Degree-level education or equivalent industry qualification
