TikTok is seeking a Kazakh-speaking Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Trust & Safety team in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining high content quality standards across platforms, ensuring user safety, and delivering feedback and insights to improve moderation processes. You’ll be responsible for daily audits, reporting, team calibrations, and supporting performance optimization across content types including sensitive material.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and drive QA standards for projects targeting the Kazakh market.

Conduct content audits (text, image, and video) for accuracy and policy compliance.

Organize calibration sessions with stakeholders to align on quality expectations.

Work closely with Policy POCs to communicate and enforce updates.

Provide regular performance analysis and reports to management.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) on errors and help implement solutions.

Contribute to onboarding and training processes.

Moderate queues and maintain policy knowledge via quizzes and moderation tasks.

Develop and implement training plans and SOPs.
Minimum Qualifications:

1+ year in QA, Trust & Safety, or related field at a tech/media company.

Native-level fluency in Kazakh and professional fluency in English.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of managing cross-functional communication.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in content, media, or tech industries.

Experience with content moderation, safety, labeling, or machine learning tools.

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and cultural communication skills.
