Cognita Schools, a global leader in independent education, is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Admissions Relations Assistant to join their dynamic Marketing & Admissions Team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline & CRM Management:

Support Admissions Executive with managing all admissions pipelines

Ensure data accuracy in the CRM system

Uphold service level agreements and deliver outstanding service to prospective families
Customer Experience:

Act as the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries

Conduct personalised follow-up via phone, email, and video calls

Support events like open days, school tours, and campaigns
Operational Support:

Maintain professional and empathetic engagement across all touchpoints

Provide tailored information to prospective families

Help streamline the admissions journey to ensure a seamless experience
Continuous Improvement:

Participate in team development sessions and ongoing training

Contribute ideas for service and operational enhancement
Person Specification:
Experience:

Background in customer experience or sales-based roles

Proven ability to meet targets and build client relationships
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Familiarity with CRM systems and data reporting

High attention to detail and organisational efficiency
Working Conditions:

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility on weekends for events

Salary: Up to AED 7,000/month + performance bonus

Location: United Arab Emirates (travel may be required between schools/regional offices)
