About the Role

As an Admissions Relations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing an outstanding experience for prospective families—from their first inquiry through to enrolment. You’ll support pipeline management, ensure CRM accuracy, and be the voice and heart of Cognita’s warm, responsive admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold Cognita’s Customer Experience SLAs.

• Support the Admissions Executive in lead tracking, reporting, and conversion optimization.

High-Quality Customer Engagement

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families.

• Conduct personalized follow-up via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

• Coordinate with school teams to support open days, virtual tours, and admissions campaigns.

Continuous Improvement

• Strive to improve the admissions experience through service excellence.

• Participate in training and development to sharpen your admissions and customer service skills.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer service, sales, or admissions-related role.

• Proven track record of meeting service or sales targets.

Skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and data reporting (experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Work Environment

• Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional weekend or event support.

• Travel: Occasional travel between school sites or regional offices.
