Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline & CRM Management

• Support the Admissions Executive in managing all enquiry and application pipelines.

• Maintain clean CRM records and deliver services aligned with Cognita’s customer experience SLAs.

Customer Engagement & Communication

• Be the initial point of contact for prospective families—via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

• Customize conversations to address the unique needs of each family.

• Represent Cognita’s values with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.

• Assist with events like open days and school tours.

Continuous Improvement

• Ensure families enjoy a seamless journey from enquiry to enrollment.

• Contribute to the team’s goal of service excellence.

• Engage in professional development and training programs.

Candidate Profile:
Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer experience, sales, or admissions role.

• Proven ability to meet KPIs and service standards.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms and comfortable with data tracking.

• Confident in a target-oriented environment with a solution-focused mindset.
