Job Description:
AURAK is seeking a motivated Admissions Counselor to support its admissions office in managing prospective student inquiries, evaluating applications, and supporting university recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, and passionate about student engagement and higher education.
Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective and transfer students throughout the admissions process.

Respond to inquiries and conduct information sessions.

Evaluate admission applications in accordance with university policies.

Support recruitment campaigns and outreach programs.

Collaborate with university departments and maintain up-to-date records.

Represent the university at local events and fairs as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in university admissions or student recruitment preferred.

Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of student recruitment strategies and higher education systems.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
