The British International School Abu Dhabi, part of Nord Anglia Education, is seeking a Temporary Admissions Assistant to join its supportive and dynamic team. This role is a 3-month temporary position, providing the opportunity to make a real impact in the admissions journey of families. As the first point of contact, you will handle enquiries, maintain accurate records, support events, and ensure compliance with registration and safeguarding requirements. The position requires strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective families with professionalism and warmth.

• Respond promptly to enquiries, qualify leads, and provide accurate admissions and curriculum information.

• Maintain and update the admissions database (CRM) to ensure accuracy.

• Support compliance requirements including ADEK registrations, safeguarding checks, and sanctions checks.

• Assist with student re-enrolment processes and retention initiatives.

• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team for school events, inductions, and family visits.

• Work closely with colleagues to reflect the school’s values and ensure a seamless admissions journey.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Experience in an admissions or customer-facing role is an advantage.

• A proactive and collaborative team player.
