Dubai British School Emirates Hills (DBSEH), rated Outstanding by both BSO and KHDA, is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admissions Assistant to join our exceptional school community starting July 2025.

About Dubai British School Emirates Hills & Taaleem:

The Role:

As Admissions Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, warm, and efficient admissions experience for prospective families. Working closely with the Admissions Manager, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, supporting the admissions process, and representing DBSEH in a professional and engaging manner to both local and international applicants.

This role involves day-to-day interaction with families, students, academic staff, and school leadership – making your communication and organization skills essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective families throughout the admissions process with professionalism and care

  • Handle and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all admissions data is up to date

  • Coordinate school tours and assist during Open Days or marketing events

  • Support the Admissions Manager in executing admissions strategies and specific projects

  • Ensure all communications and interactions reflect the high standards and ethos of the school

  • Work collaboratively within the team, providing flexibility and support across functions when needed

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree from a recognized institution

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the education or service industry

  • Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to excellence

  • Experience within the education sector is an advantage but not essential
