GEMS Education is hiring a Temporary Admission Executive (6 months contract) in Dubai. The role focuses on lead qualification, cross-selling, and enrolment support to optimize the admissions process. The position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to influence decisions, and excellent data management to ensure conversions from leads to enrolments in line with company KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of outbound calls to new leads within 48 hours for focus schools.

Follow up on applications and optimize conversion at each stage of the admissions funnel.

Maintain household accounts in Salesforce for a complete customer view.

Support school-level sales and enrolment plans to achieve enrolment targets.

Cross-sell to other schools or manage waitlists where seats are unavailable.

Participate in enrolment events, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Track and report lead conversions, cross-selling, and enrolment performance.

Maintain accurate data and continuously improve data quality standards.
