Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain office schedules, ensuring deadlines and appointments are met.
✅ HR Support:

Assist with scheduling interviews, managing employee files, and onboarding new staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, staying up to date with regulatory changes.
✅ Executive Assistance:

Provide administrative support to senior management and various departments as needed.

Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
💼 Experience:

2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role (UAE experience is a must).
💡 Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
