Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking an IT Administrator to join the Inside Burj Al Arab team. This role is crucial in managing IT support services for both back-of-house and front-of-house colleagues, ensuring seamless technological operations in one of the world’s most iconic hotels.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT incidents and service requests through multiple communication channels.

Provide technical support to staff, ensuring quick resolution of IT-related issues.

Maintain accurate case details for improved knowledge sharing and reporting.

Develop solutions and workarounds using problem-solving techniques to restore services.
-
Deploy PCs, laptops, and POS machines on the Jumeirah network while proactively resolving faults.
-
Handle user account management, including creation, password resets, and deactivation following company IT policies.

Ensure compliance with IT standards and protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
-
Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician (MCDST) certification required.

ITIL or CobIT certification is preferred.
-
Advanced written and verbal English skills.
-
Experience in IT support or system administration within a hospitality environment is an advantage.
