ENGIE Solutions Middle East is hiring a Full-Time Administrator to support its operations team in Dubai. The role involves managing service requests, coordinating maintenance activities, preparing documentation, and maintaining administrative records under Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to maintenance service requests from clients, tenants, and landlords.

• Schedule appointments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Prepare and send quotations for approvals.

• Coordinate job interventions with supervisors, technicians, and transportation teams.

• Follow up on maintenance progress and close job tickets in the system.

• Manage petty cash related to maintenance works.

• Compile monthly summaries and submit supporting documents to accounts for invoicing.

• Maintain payment records and track pending payments.

• Oversee scheduling and coordination of PPM services.

• Handle administrative duties including email correspondence, filing, and general clerical work.

QHSE Responsibilities:

• Maintain personal and team safety in line with health and safety protocols.

• Cooperate with company safety initiatives and report any incidents.

• Follow safety instructions and avoid misuse of safety equipment.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, Word).

• Good writing and record-keeping abilities.

• Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3–4 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in facility management.
