ENGIE Cofely Energy Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator to join their Operations Department. The role is vital in ensuring efficient facility management service delivery through administrative support, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle service requests via phone and email from clients, tenants, and landlords
-
Coordinate appointments and communicate service schedules
-
Prepare and send quotations for approvals
-
Log job requests, coordinate with supervisors and dispatch technicians
-
Follow up on work progress and close interventions in the system
-
Manage petty cash and keep payment records
-
Track PPM schedules and communicate with clients
-
Support invoice processing through documentation and monthly summaries
-
Perform filing, correspondence, and miscellaneous admin tasks
QHSE Responsibilities:
-
Maintain awareness of workplace health and safety regulations
-
Report any workplace accidents or hazards
-
Cooperate with all health and safety initiatives
-
Avoid misuse of safety equipment or procedures
Required Skills:

Strong time management and multitasking capabilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Professional English writing and speaking
-
Attentive listening and problem-solving mindset
-
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and general computer literacy

Understanding of administration processes and record keeping
Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

3 to 4 years of relevant administrative experience

Experience in Facility Management or a related field is advantageous
