RINO Invest Group Ltd is seeking a trustworthy and knowledgeable Administrator “Confidant” to support its real estate operations in Andalusia, Spain—specifically in Seville, Córdoba, or Málaga. This is a freelance, on-site position ideal for a mature and locally experienced individual with a background in real estate and strong language skills.

The role involves safeguarding the company’s interests on the ground, verifying property documents, and assisting with customer visits and translations. Candidates should have lived in Seville or Córdoba for at least three years and be well-acquainted with the local customs and real estate practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the company’s on-site representative in Andalusia, Spain

• Review real estate documents from partners or sellers for accuracy

• Translate real estate and legal documents into English when needed

• Pick up clients from the airport or hotel and accompany them to property viewings

• Provide local insights and ensure smooth communication between parties

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 3 years of residence in Seville or Córdoba, Andalusia

• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and local cultural norms

• Language proficiency in Spanish and English (basic German is a plus)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

• Minimum age: 35 years (physical limitations are not an issue)
