Administrator Assistant


Wadi Alsahab for Management Consultancies Co. is seeking an Administrator Assistant to provide essential support to the management team. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Handle documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and managing schedules.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the team in project management tasks.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining databases.
- Organize travel arrangements for staff members.
- Facilitate communication between departments.
- Track project deadlines and deliverables.
- Help maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on processes.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of project management tools is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
