Administrator (6-month Contract)
Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) Dubai , UAE

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), the world’s largest premium aluminium producer, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator for a full-time 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will support administrative operations with a strong emphasis on data management and reporting using Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient administrative support to the department

  • Maintain and update internal records using Excel and SAP

  • Generate accurate and timely reports as required

  • Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups on documentation and actions

  • Manage document filing, archiving, and version control tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in an administrative or office support role

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage pressure professionally

Availability:
Immediate joiners will be given preference. Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.
