We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Junior Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team

Assist in scheduling, meeting coordination, and managing communications

Organize travel arrangements and help execute sales events

Maintain inventory and order office supplies when required

Conduct data entry, file organization, and basic report preparation

Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support daily operations
Candidate Profile:
Required Skills & Experience:

Official recognition as a UAE national (Emirati passport & Khulasat Al Qaid required)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
