KAVAK, a rapidly growing e-commerce platform for pre-owned vehicles, is looking for an Administrative Supply Coordinator to support the purchasing process of cars and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. This role involves managing documentation, preparing contracts and quotes, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain operational accuracy.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all contracts and required documentation are completed and submitted on time.

Assist in preparing quotes, contracts, and account setups for clients, ensuring information accuracy.

Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and prepare reports for the sales team.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, share updates, and improve the onboarding process.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).

Familiarity with automotive sales processes and CRM systems.
-
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field; automotive experience is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
